There is no tampering with data on the cargo of the commercial train of the Tempe accident, according to Mark Cooney’s report.
It is recalled that Mr. Cooney with the 5/2024 interrogation order of the Larisa Court of Appeal had been appointed a judicial expert to check whether the commercial train was carrying, in special packages, dangerous flammable substances (wood) that caused the fire waves in the trains collided in Tempes.
The request for data recovery was submitted by a relative of deaths in the Tempe crime and on 8 April 2024, the English company received 15 hard drive units from the Greek Embassy in London.
The relevant inspection found 14 disks functional and 1 disc non-functioning. Since the check of 14 the report confirms that there has been no tampering with data recorded.
In particular it states that:
” It is not possible to calculate exactly how many days/hours of recordings are required to complete the filling of a 2 TB or 4 TB disk like those examined”.
Of the records examined, “one was replaced every 11 days, some records after 20 to 30 days , three more after 45 days and one after 53 days”.
The report points out, concludes for the 15 records considered that “any of these disks would probably provide greater chances of recovering fragments of damaged files if they had been removed from operation and delivered to the authorities earlier.”
It is noted that one of the records (DS-382054) would have useful material if it had been delivered earlier, as this disk holds 53 video days even without the need for specialized data recovery procedures.
There is no doubt that if this particular album had been delivered before 20/05/2023 (53 days after 28/03/2023), it would certainly contain videos from that time.
Therefore, the resulting evidence makes it difficult to conclude without doubt whether it actually carried dangerous chemicals (wood, etc.) the commercial train.
It also leaves a “fung” the report noting that “due to the random use of the disk exchange space and the random distribution of disk clusters to be replaced, there is an important window of opportunity for forensic techniques to find small fragments of damaged files even after replacing the entire disk again with new files.” We are waiting for the Professor of Polytechnic’s expertise, which examines all the data, as to whether there were (carried) flammable substances (wood) on the commercial train that caused the two waves of fire, which, according to experts, had the effect of becoming “disturbing” new souls, children with dreams for life.
As we are informed by victim relatives’ attorney, Luke Apostolidis, the current interrogator examines videos, which have recorded the course of the commercial train before the train crash 15 to 20 minutes, where it is reflected that they were not carried, with special packaging, flammable substances (wood).
Mr Apostolidis even says that “happily work is left no suspicion of doubt about the fact that flammable substances are transported, according to technical and scientific knowledge of experts.
Closing this large chapter of the investigation into the fire challenge and the last investigative acts within November is the time to complete the interrogation process, to announce the indictments and to set trial before 28 February 2025″.
” Parents, relatives and Gerasimos, who fights life in America, demand justice and punishment of those responsible and guilty from the base to the top,” concludes Mr. Apostolidis.
