Case Roderram: Contra Musk – Starmer with a background to “cover up” 1400 child rape
‘ Contributor to Britain rape”. This category is attributed, through X, by Elon Musk to Kir Starmer, accusing him of “false and misinformation” about a scandal of sexual abuse of children, which according to technology tycoon the British Prime Minister is heavily involved. Elon Musk still asks for Kir Starmer’s imprisonment, with a post he “pinned” on his profile and sends a call to his 210 million followers. “America must free the British from their tyrannical government? Asks Musk, asking his followers to give their own answer. America should liberate the people of Britain from their tyrannical government

Elon Musk has repeatedly claimed, without proof, that Kir Starmer covered up the abuses in the Roderram case that devastated Britain about a decade ago. Plus, Musk blamed Jess. Phillips, Deputy Minister of Labour Government, for the protection and fight against violence against women and girls, as “an apology for genocide rape”. The cause? She reacted to the calls for a national investigation into child sexual exploitation in Oldham, a town near Manchester.
Kir Starmer responded to the charges without directly naming Musk, referring to “those who spread lies and misinformation as far and wide as they can, they are not interested in the victims, interested in themselves.” Starmer, who was the director of the Crown Prosecution Service (2008–2013), was accused by Musk of not acting with quick reflexes against gangs who exploited young girls.

Online accusations “exceeded the boundaries,” said Starmer stressing that “when we lose the point of reference that the truth matters, in an intense but necessary debate, then we are on a very dangerous path.”
The British Prime Minister stressed that during his tenure, his office exercised the first prosecution against an Asian gang of seduction and drew up new guidelines for the mandatory reporting of incidents of sexual abuse of children.
As he said, he had faced the scandal “frontal”. “There is nothing hidden when you are director of the Crown Prosecutor’s Office,” said Starmer and added that “every case I handled went to court and was examined by the competent judicial authorities.” An estimated 1,400 girls were exploited in the city Rotherham, in northern England, from “snare gangs” consisting mainly of British Pakistani origin, in incidents dating back to 2010.
In 2012 The Times investigated the promotion gangs in Roderram, which led to a major investigation led by Professor Alexis Jay
According to a report in 2014, at least 1,400 children suffered horrible sexual exploitation in Roderram between 1997 and 2013. Similar crimes occurred in other cities, such as Oldham, Oxford, Rochdale and Telford, leading to a national investigation into child sexual abuse. Evidence of sexual abuse was first reported in the early 1990s when childcare structures managers investigated reports that children, who were under their care were received by taxi drivers mostly of Pakistani origin.
Police ignored. Based on the data and the findings of all independent investigations to date, the British authorities have chosen this road by fearing stigmatism as “anti-Islamic”. Andrew Norfolk, a London Times journalist revealed the coverage of rapists by the Authorities, reporting in 2012 that abuse in the city was widespread and that the Police and the City Council knew it for over ten years.
The circuit acted as follows: Drivers picked up children from institutions and schools, threatening to rape their mothers and younger sisters and then moved them to other cities where they were delivered to other men. In fear of stigmatism and threats children were forced to cooperate with their rapists and not to talk to anyone about their torture. They forced them to have sex with gang members, had them watch rapes, surrounded them with gasoline and threatened to set them on fire. When the shocking evidence came to light, up to 12-year-old pregnant women were revealed. The first group conviction came in 2010, when five Pakistani men were convicted of sexual offences against girls 12–16 years old. Yorkshire police in August 2013 launched an investigation, resulting in six men and two women being taken to court on December 10, 2015. In September 2016 eight other men were tried and convicted. Successive investigations concluded that police officers, social services and city councils failed victims, but there is no evidence of organized cover-up. Jay’s landmark report on Roderram found “screaming” collective failures by police and council. One of the victims had testified that her parents constantly made complaints to the police about the man who cared for her, but “they did nothing”, because she did not want to give a statement. “I was even caught in bed with him,” but they let the perpetrator go, he told the court. The complainant Adele Gladman, a lawyer working with a youth program, identified what was happening as early as 2001, but said that her concerns were repeatedly rejected by the police as unofficial. When she submitted her report to South Yorkshire police, the response she received was that she was not useful.
In 2009, nine months after Starmer took charge of the Crown Prosecutor’s Office (CPS), the decision was taken not to prosecute alleged perpetrators in Rochdale. Office lawyers argued that the victim would not appear reliable or believable. There’s no evidence that Starmer was aware of the details of the case. In 2011, Nazir Afzal the then new chief prosecutor for northwestern England, overturned the 2009 CPS decision. Nine men were finally convicted and imprisoned in 2012 for sexual exploitation of 47 girls. Afzal stated in 2022: “The only way to bring this case was to admit that we had let these victims down when they first made a complaint in 2008. Starmer was 100% behind the decision to publicly admit that we had made a mistake in the past.” In 2013, Starmer revised CPS procedures on how prosecutors should handle abuse cases, in an attempt to ensure that victims will not be rejected in the future. Afzal later stated: “Starmer left in 2013, while CPS had the highest percentage of sentencing decisions in child abuse cases, in our history. This would not be possible without the support, resources and protection it provided me, at a time when it would be easier to give up.” In 2022, Alexis Jay completed an extended national investigation into the sexual abuse of children, which warned that she was “endemic” throughout England and Wales. After the “Musk charges, Jay stressed that no new investigation is needed and that the government must work to implement its previous recommendations.
