King Charles: “I am still alive”, joked in his visit
King Charles III, who has been diagnosed with cancer, joked today about his state of health saying he is “still alive”, during a reception in London. Charles has been treated since February for cancer, the nature of which has not been made public
Traveling with his wife Camila to Walthamstow, to the east of the British capital, the 76-year-old monarch, was asked by a representative of the Sikh religious community how he is. “I’m still alive!”, she responded with a dose of humor. In good condition he seems to be King Charles despite his health adventure. King Charles has been treated since February for cancer, the nature of which has not been made public. The health of the royal family was at the heart of this year, after it was originally announced that King Charles Third diagnosed with cancer and then in March that Princess Kate was diagnosed with cancer. Prince William’s wife, Crown Prince, revealed in September that she completed chemotherapy. Charles III continues his treatment, for which no details have been given. The king, however, came back to performing his duties at the end of April, two and a half months after the announcement that he is suffering from cancer.
In October, he continued his travel abroad, making an 11-day trip to Australia and Samoa for the Commonwealth Summit, along with his wife Camila.
After returning from this journey, Camilla was diagnosed with a form of viral pneumonia.
